INSTRUCTION FOR ORDERING ON WEBSITE:

Step 1: Visit website: shop.utschool.edu.vn

Step 2: Search products:

- Search in available categories: Uniforms, School Supplies & Accessories, Recommended Combo, etc.

- Select the available product: T-Shirt, Skirts, Trousers, etc.

Step 3: Select products:

- Click on the product you want to purchase.

- Select size if the product comes in many sizes. You can check the size chart on the Description box for your reference.

- Click "Buy now"

- Click "Continue Shopping" if you want to purchase other products. Click "Check out" if you have selected all the products you need.

Step 4: Check your cart

- Check your cart: product type, size, quantity.

- If you need to change the selected product, click "Back to cart" and then:

- Change the type: Click the button "X" (Remove) and re-select the product.

- Change the size: Click the button "X" (Remove) and re-select the product.

- Change the quantity: Click the button (+) or (-) at "Quantity" section.

- Buy more product: Click "Buy more" and select product.

- If you have chosen the right products for your need, click "Check out"

Step 5: Proceed to payment

- Parents fill in the information in the "Delivery information" section. For deliver to classroom, please fill in the "Notes" section with the following information: Student name_Grade_Student code.

- Select a delivery method in the "Shipping" section

- Select a payment method in the "Payment" section

- Check all receipt and order information, then press the “Order” button.

- After the order is successfully sent, the School Office will contact to confirm the order according to the information provided in "Delivery Information"

Step 6: Transfer the payment.

- If you choose the payment method: "Bank Transfer", please transfer the total value of the order to the school's account according to the information on website.

- If the payment is not made within 02 working days, your order will be automatically canceled.
