Delivery Policy

1. Deliver to classroom: The order will be delivered to student's classroom or the parents can come and directly receive it at UTS shop 01 (one) day after your payment confirmation.

2. Home delivery: The order will be delivered to the address that you have filled in the "Delivery information" within 03 working days after your payment confirmation.

After the above time limit, if you have not received your purchase, please contact us via Hotline: (028)710 78887, ext 1. We will check the status of the order and get back to you as soon as possible.

Note:

- Delivery outside Ho Chi Minh city is not available.

- Delivery fee will be followed by the ratecard of our shipping partner. You can check the cost before completing the order.
